In August of 2021 my life forever was changed when I was riding my motorcycle home one morning and a man drove right into me and knocked me into a coma with a fractured spine and in critical condition. During this time my wife, mom, family were devastated with the news and possibility I wouldn’t make it through my injures and if I did with the possibility of long term injuries. But I woke up and with the motivation of my son soon to be born I started walking and getting myself on a path to recovery. During this time, my mom found Dan and reached out to him for help on many aspects of my accident. He drove down to the hospital and spoke to her in person, and when I regained my senses, met with me outside of his office to understand the processes that are to come. Him and his team truly went above and beyond to help me understand the different stages of my case. And all in all with a W in our favor and I couldn’t thank him enough. I recently worked with Ronald Cobb at McDevitt on a referral from an attorney my wife used to work with. It was a personal injury case and as this was my first and hopefully last case I ever need a personal injury attorney for I cannot express the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and extreme realism I got from working with McDevitt (more specifically Ronald Cobb)
I was told exactly what to expect, how the process would move from start to finish and more importantly updates on progression even when there was no progression happening (due to the nature of other parties involved)
I have high expectations when working with lawyers, I was not disappointed at all. I felt that I got almost as much as I should have, but I also felt my lawyer, Ron, did everything he could and got me results while keeping me out of court during a pandemic.
I would 100% recommend this firm to anybody who is reading this review.
If you want someone who is going to promise you 1 million dollars for some whiplash, keep watching daytime television, they are a dime a dozen. When youre ready for a real lawyer, working for a real law firm, to get you real results, my recommendation is McDevitt.
